Claiming for a taxi

"While every effort is made to maintain schedules as advertised, occasionally circumstances outside our control can mean that, unfortunately, journeys to not operate. Under the terms of the Derbyshire Bus Service Improvement Partnership, Hulleys of Baslow shall reimburse the cost of a taxi fare where the last bus of the day did not operate. We are unable to reimburse such costs for other journeys or for any consequential loss. Please complete the form below and attach a copy of your taxi receipt which should show the start and end points on your journey, which MUST be bus stops on the route of the failed journey."
